Delete Your Account
Better Ranch Manager allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Better Ranch Manager app
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile information (name, email)
- All ranches you own, including all herds, animals, and associated data
- Animal photos you uploaded
- Medical records, birth records, and notes you created
- Sales records and feeding logs on ranches you own
- Your subscription information
- Push notification registrations
What Happens to Shared Ranches
If you are a member (manager or hand) of another user's ranch, your membership will be removed but the ranch and its data will remain under the owner's control.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
